We know that BlackBerry is looking to be bought up, whether it be by a financial institution or by another tech company, and one of the recent rumors we have heard is that Lenovo, a Chinese company, could be an interested party. Given that Lenovo’s attempts to break into the smartphone market have not exactly been high profile or stellar, acquiring a reputable company with the knowledge and resources to churn out smartphones, such as BlackBerry, would not be a stretch of the imagination, but a recent report by Forbes seems to suggest that Lenovo’s interest in BlackBerry might not be as innocent as we might think.
