Looks like Motorola’s phone-unlocking NFC key—"Skip"—isn’t quite as dumb as it seemed. Motorola just announced the tag will come with a limited number of customized Moto Xs for free, which is a way better deal. It still costs $20 otherwise, though. Just steep enough to make a cool accessory stupid.
