‘Louie’: Parker Posey Has Louis C.K. Put On A Dress, And That’s Just One Part Of Their Wild First Date (VIDEO)

In the second part of the first ever multi-episode arc on “Louie” (Thu., 10:30 p.m. ET on FX), fans got to see the first date between Louie and his bookstore love interest — played by Parker Posey. In classic “Louie” fashion, it was one uncomfortable moment after another.

The date wound up dominating the entire episode, climaxing in a vintage clothing store where Posey’s character, not named Tape Recorder, convinced Louie to put on a dress. She said it was a sign to prove that he liked her. When he put it on, she laughed in his face, but at least he passed the test.

The date involved a lot of Posey’s character dragging Louie around New York after she was refused service at a bar she apparently frequents. It culminated in her dragging him up an unspecified number of stairs to the roof of a building. She thought the treacherous climb was worth the view. Louie is scared of heights.
