To a certain extent we guess most of us assume that companies like Microsoft, Yahoo, or Google don’t comb through our emails despite having the ability to do so. However it was recently discovered that is exactly what Microsoft did which led to the arrest of a former employee, Alex Kibkalo.
For those who missed our coverage, Kibkalo was recently arrested after it was found that it was he who leaked the Windows 8 files to a French blogger along with the Microsoft Activation Server Software Development Kit which basically would allow hackers to reverse engineer the Windows activation process.
