Microsoft Windows App Studio Supports Universal AppsMicrosoft did launch the Windows Phone App Studio in August last year, where it arrived in beta form, and earlier this February, they released an update which enabled users to be able to create a full Microsoft Visual Studio project that will contain not only the Windows Phone app, but also a Windows 8 version of the very same app, too. This particular beta has received yet another update this week, although it has been renamed to Windows App Studio. With this new name, there is also a new way to develop an app that will play nice with both operating systems.
