Mushkin Scorpion Deluxe PCIe SSDs

Here we have a new line of PCIe SSDs from Mushkin, the Scorpion Deluxe. Coming in 240GB, 480GB, 960GB and 1920GB capacities, these high-speed SSDs are equipped with a PCI-Express 2.0 (x8) interface, a SandForce SF-2281 controller, a MTBF of 1 million hours and capable of delivering read and write speeds of up to 2150MB/s and 2000MB/s, respectively. The Scorpion Deluxe will go on sale from mid-June, prices unannounced yet. [Mushkin]
