Oregon Scientific is preparing to release their newest Android 4.0 tablet ‘MEEP!’ which is designed specially for kids. Protected by a durable silicon cover, the tablet packs a 7.0-inch 800 x 480 touchscreen display, a 1.0GHz Cortex-A8 processor, a 512MB RAM, a 4GB of internal storage, a microSD card slot (up to 32GB), a 0.3MP front-facing camera, Yahoo! Kids, Parental Control feature, WiFi, a mini-HDMI port, a 2000mAh Li-ion battery and runs on Android 4.0 ICS OS.
