Philips has come out with another touchscreen LCD monitor, the Brilliance 231C5TJKFU. Adopting the SmoothTouch technology, this new 23-inch IPS LED-backlight 10-point multi-touch monitor provides 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 250 cd/m2 brightness, 5ms (GTG) response time and 178/178 degree viewing angles. Not to mention, the monitor also comes with a built-in 1MP webcam, 2x 2W speakers, a 2-port USB 3.0 hub, a D-Sub port, a DisplayPort and an HDMI (with MHL) port.
