These 2.5-inch SSDs are equipped with MLC NAND Flash memory chips, a SATA 6.0 Gbps interface, a SandForce 2281 controller, a built-in 128-bit AES hardware encryption, a MTBF of 1 million hours and can deliver read and write speeds of up to 500MB/s and 450MB/s, respectively.
