“Portáctil”, A Revolutionary Gadget For Blind People

Louis Braille invented, back in 1824, a tactile writing system so that blind and visually impaired people could be able to read. Now, in 2013, we are near another revolution for those people – let’s meet "Portáctil", a portable scanner made in Brazil which allows blind people to read almost everything that is published.
