R2-D2 is the coolest of all the astromechs. He beeps and screams and seems to have a tool that can pop out and fix whatever you need fixed or shock weird little dog creatures when needed. R2 can serve drinks, call you an elevator, and shoot your lightsaber out of his head to save you in a tight situation.
In All, R2-D2 is certainly a well put together little droid. If you are a fan of R2, check out this incredibly detailed deluxe sixth scale figure of R2. The action figure has a hoard of attachments that you can put on including a drink server arm, hinged panels, and it comes with a table that can show princess Leia hologram.
