Samsung 840 EVO mSATA SSDs

Samsung has introduced a new line of mSATA SSDs, the 840 EVO. Coming in 120GB, 250GB, 500GB and 1TB capacities, these ultra-compact SSDs are equipped with 128 gigabit (Gb) 1x-nm NAND Flash memory chips, a Samsung controller with TurboWrite technology and capable of delivering read and write speeds of up to 540MB/s and 520MB/s, respectively.
