Samsung has introduced a new line of SSDs, the SSD 840 EVO. Coming in capacities ranging from 120GB to 1TB, these 2.5-inch SSDs are equipped with the industry’s most compact 10nm class 128GB NAND flash memory chips, a SATA 6.0 Gbps interface, TRIM support, a MTBF of 1.5 million hours and can deliver read and write speeds of up to 540MB/s and 520MB/s, respectively.
