SEC Looking into Fishy Apple Security Trading

The Securities & Exchange Commission is investigating trading of Apple securities, according to a series of documents obtained by The Huffington Post as part of a “regulatory contract.”

The commission is investigating the names of people who purchased Apple securities over four time periods and “whether anyone did so with a knowledge of non-public, inside information.”

The SEC refused to comment on the investigation.
