Team Group Dark L3 SSDs

Team Group has announced a new line of SSDs, the Dark L3. Coming in 60GB, 120GB and 240GB sizes, these slim 2.5-inch SSDs (7mm thick) are equipped with MLC NAND Flash memory chips, a SATA 6.0 Gbps interface, a PHISON PS3108-S8 controller, a MTBF of 1.5 million hours, TRIM support and capable of delivering read/write speeds of up to 550/450 MB/s (60GB & 120GB Models) and 550/500 MB/s (240GB Model), respectively.
