Warmer weather has just started peeking its head out, but we’re still happy to see it as most of our days are still filled with cold dreary weather. Once summer rolls around with its scorching heat and relentless humidity, we’ll wish that we had the opposite. While you can’t change the weather, you can certainly find ways to make it less miserable.
If you can’t sleep when it’s hot, then you’re going to need either to constantly keep a fan on and blast the AC, or get something like the Air-Conditioned Bed Mat. This is placed over the top of your mattress, and uses absorbent meshing which works with fans to keep things cool. It is said that you can put aromatic oils on this to help yourself relax, and the feeling is similar to sleeping on water.
You can only set the fans on high or low, but the timer has options of 4, 6, and 8 hours with 10 minute on and off cycles. This is meant for a twin-size bed, and comes with 2 gel pads, a cover, the AC adapter, and an aroma oil cartridge. It will be up to you to get oils to put in it though. This will cost about $201, and while you couldn’t put it immediately to use, it would be nice to have around when summer hits. This is especially great for those of us that like to sleep with a fair number of blankets on top regardless of the weather.
