KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia — Tiger Woods seemingly had the CIMB Classic in the palm of his hands about two hours into his third round.
But it was what happened over the next 120 minutes that ripped it away from him.
Woods had three bogeys and a double-bogey over his final nine holes to drop from the lead to a share of 10th place, five strokes behind Robert Garrigus and Bo Van Pelt heading into Sunday’s final round.
