Titanfall Launch Marred By Service Errors And DowntimeThe age old epigram, Murphy’s Law, states that “Anything that can go wrong — will go wrong”, which can be used to describe Titanfall’s launch on both the Xbox One as well as PC platforms. Apparently, majority of the time on launch day, Microsoft’s “Xbox Live Core Services” (which happens to be their login servers) have been listed as “Limited”. When translated to plain English, it means that there will be many Titanfall launch day purchasers who would have been unable to access the game. Microsoft claims that this is due to their personal servers running into problems, and is no fault of Respawn Entertainment. Needless to say, Respawn Entertainment and EA have also stepped forward to repeat such sentiment. After all, the PC version has different server issues, but basically the fingers would point back at Microsoft’s direction.
