Congratulations are in order for Hoda Kotb ― the “Today” show host has adopted a baby girl!
Kotb revealed the exciting news Tuesday morning, after calling into “Today.” The new mom shared an adorable photo of herself holding her new baby, Haley Joy, who was born on Feb. 14.
Kotb began tearing up while talking about her bundle of joy, whom she called “the love of my life.” Her fellow anchors were overwhelmed with emotion, too, getting misty-eyed as they gushed about Kotb and little Haley.
“This little girl, Haley, is the luckiest girl,” Matt Lauer said. “You’re going to be one of the most fantastic moms I can ever imagine.”
Following the announcement, Kotb’s co-hosts and friends shared their congratulations and well wishes on social media.
