We expected to see a Tizen smartphone last year, but continuous delays meant that a possible launch was pushed into early 2014. Late last year rumors pinned our hopes to Mobile World Congress 2014 for a launch, but Samsung has no plans of unveiling its much awaited Tizen smartphone at this industry event. If not now, then when, appears to be the obvious question here. Samsung co-CEO JK Shin reportedly had an answer ready when queried about the Tizen smartphone, apparently he has said that it is “too early” for a Tizen smartphone to be released in the market at this point in time.
