Toshiba PX03SN Enterprise SAS SSDs

Toshiba hits back with a new line of enterprise SAS SSDs, the PX03SN. Coming in 200GB, 400GB, 800GB and 1.6TB sizes, these 2.5-inch enterprise SSDs are equipped with 19nm MLC NAND Flash memory chips, a SAS 12Gbps interface, a MTBF of 2.0 million hours and capable of delivering read/write speeds of up to 1100/380 MB/s (200GB, 400GB, 800GB Models) and 1060/380 MB/s (1.6TB Model), respectively.
