Is it okay for me to say that I’m a little glad we’re doing so poorly in our case against Megaupload kingpin Kim Dotcom? I am. I am so glad. I miss Megaupload dearly and I’m truly pleased by this latest news: Judge Winkelmann of the High Court of New Zealand has upheld a ruling that the FBI must disclose all manner of documents detailing their communication with the MPAA and RIAA on behalf of copyright owners.
