Walmart Tips Fathers Day Tech Deals

Walmart logo.JPGAh, Father’s Day. A day in which dads smile at socks, mug with mugs, and really want just an hour or two by themselves with the game on. Or maybe that’s just my house.

Anyway, for those geeks who crave a bit more, there’s always Walmart. A tipster flung this missive into our inbox, with the deals that Walmart will begin to offer on Thursday.

The deals will run from June 14 – June 20, or while supplies last.

Specific deals include:

  • $398 Dell Inspiron Black Notebook Computer or a $848 Dell Studio One 19 All-in-one Touch Desktop Computer (with 4 Gbytes of memory) – both exclusively at Walmart
  • $69 Canon Pixma ink jet photo printer with fax
  • $768 HP Pavilion DV2-1039WM (with 4 Gbytes of memory and a 500-GB hard drive)
  • $69 Seagate Free Agent Go 250GB Portable Hard Drive

    • Prices may differ in some states due to pricing laws such as Alaska, Hawaii, Oklahoma, Wisconsin, Puerto Rico, and on Walmart.com, we’re told.
