Windows 8.1 just went out to manufacturers in RTM–but since Microsoft’s on its new fast release cyc
Posted in: Today's ChiliWindows 8.1 just went out to manufacturers in RTM—but since Microsoft’s on its new fast release cycle, that doesn’t quite mean what it used to as far as being ready for general use. You’ll still be waiting for October 18th on that front.
