It is well known by now that Windows Phone 8.1 will arrive with what they call an “Action Center”, which is a centralized notification center set to grace Microsoft’s mobile operating system. Apparently, the Action Center will pave the way to depict up to 20 notifications per app. This particular functionality that remains specific to the Action Center has allegedly been discovered via a bunch of different APIs. The report itself did mention that users can check out up to 20 notifications from a single app. Apart from that, when it comes to persistent notifications, those are visible for up to 7 days. In fact, a user is able to take the route of tapping to open the app, which in turn will send the notification, dismiss a single notification, or a group of notifications.
