World of Warcraft fans, if you’re looking to get a bit more insight into the World of Warcraft universe and learn some additional lore of the game, Blizzard has recently released an animated short in which it is the first of six episodes that will tell the story of the last Panderan emperor who ruled ten thousand years ago, which somehow manages to tie in with the story in the Mists of Pandaria expansion released last year. The short animation is titled “The Burdens of Shaohao” and this will be the first of six to come. It is told by Lorewalk Cho and the illustrations were done by Laurel Austin. If you have a few minutes to spare and you’re a huge World of Warcraft fan, perhaps you’ll want to check it out. We’re not sure if this will do anything to help Blizzard stop the bleeding of subscribers, but it’s nice to know Blizzard is still hard at work pumping out content for the game and the franchise nonetheless.
