Sony Music Unlimited is still a relative newbie on the iOS scene, but users will soon find a new revision that brings high-quality streaming and offline playback to the fold. According to Sony, version 1.3 of Music Unlimited for iOS is just around the bend, which will bring the ability to download entire albums or single tracks that can later be accessed within the app’s offline mode. Also new in the latest update, you’ll find high-quality streaming of 320 Kbps AAC files, which can be enabled in the app’s settings. Sadly, you can’t download high-quality files for offline playback, but at least iOS users can take solace in parity with the Android version.

Understandably, Andrew Shaw was excited.

The Chicago Blackhawks may have been far from home when they hoisted the Stanley Cup, but the friendly confines of the visitors’ locker room at TD Garden seemed to have provided a suitable spot for a celebration.

Paranoid corporate types living in fear of bring-your-own-device employees can soon relax: BlackBerry has just launched its Secure Work Space app, right on schedule. It’ll allow organizations to manage and secure Google and Apple devices through BlackBerry Enterprise Service (BES) 10, which forms the mobile backbone of many a company’s internal network. By using it, personnel without BlackBerry devices like the Z10 or Q10 will gain a way to check their company’s calendars, email and organizers without fear of snooping. At the same time, IT types will be able to securely see, manage and update all Android and Apple devices network-wide. For its part, the Waterloo outfit should gain another source of revenue through the software (which consists of a suite of apps and BES 10.1 update), even with companies that haven’t invested in its devices. Will someone please roll LeBron James in bubble wrap?
The Miami Heat’s NBA Finals MVP nearly lost his head during the team’s victory parade in Miami Monday, when it became suddenly and scarily obvious that stacking extra tall NBA players on top of an open double-decker bus rolling under several interstate overpasses wasn’t the best idea.
A special “LeBron cam” caught James ducking on top of his bus when, while waving to fans along the parade route, he was quickly faced with a giant concrete overpass coming straight for his noggin.
