Count yourself among the numerous fans of Indie Game: The Movie? Good news for you, as the film’s creators are set to release Indie Game: The Movie Special Edition next week. This special edition brings over 300 minutes of new content that tells the tale of what’s happened in the time after the first movie and includes a series of new short films and additional commentary from the IGTM’s directors. The new content will be available as Steam DLC on July 24, or a download can be pre-ordered straight from the IGTM website now for $14.99.

Should physical media be your preference, limited edition DVD and Blu-ray box sets (3,000 of each) signed by the directors can be pre-ordered for $59.99 and $69.99, respectively. For your cash, you get three discs that hold a full theatrical cut of the original film and the 300 minutes of new material that include extended interviews and Q&A sessions with the directors, cast and crew. Plus, you get an IGTM notebook, laptop sticker and a double-sided poster — with the IGTM theatrical poster on one side and limited edition artwork by Edmund McMillen on the other. Box sets start shipping in early August and will also come with a code for a digital special edition. Once shipping starts, the pre-order price goes up to $69.99 for the DVD set and $89.99 for Blu-ray. All the way over in China today we’re seeing the HTC One Mini make its final trip through certification processes before it’s revealed in kind to the public. While HTC hasn’t yet confirmed the existence of this machine – so to speak – rumors and tips thus far appear to match up quite well with this final breath of behind-the-scenes action. Here comes HTC One’s little brother, looking like a clone.

What you’ve got with this device is a 4.3-inch display with 720p resolution and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 dual-core processor. If you see the word “Xiaolong” attached anywhere, don’t fret, that’s just a different translation of the same mythical beast. Also paired with this processor is 1GB of RAM.

What we’re seeing here courtesy of China’s Tenaa (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Ministry of Telecommunications Authority) and microblogging hub Digital Tail are a series of photos of this machine, front and back. What we’re to understand is that this will be a much more palm-fitting push for HTC’s software in a light silver or dark black metal casing.

UPDATE: HTC UK has teased the phone as well: “We have a ‘little’ bit of news tomorrow.” – there it is, peeking! Looks like we may see this machine as early as tomorrow!

Around the edges you’ll find a plastic ring a bit more robust than the original HTC One’s similar surround, while it would appear that all of the original machine’s trappings remain in-tact. This device will likely appear soon with HTC Sense, the company’s own unique vision for Android, atop Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, complete with Google Now. For the full official announcement you’ll just have to wait and see!

Facebook insists that safety is its “top priority,” and that it removes content that threatens individuals. But multiple Facebook pages urging people to kill or otherwise harm George Zimmerman have been allowed to stay up on the site, while others have been taken down, causing confusion about what exactly members are allowed to post about the high-profile case.

After Zimmerman was found not guilty of the March 2012 murder of Trayvon Martin on Saturday, some angry supporters of the deceased 17-year-old made Facebook pages attacking the accused murderer. As far as we can see, these pages do not explicitly discuss how to kill Zimmerman or suggest any real plans to do so. But they do bear charged titles like “Kill George Zimmerman” and “George Zimmerman must DIE.”

When asked about these pages, a Facebook representative directed The Huffington Post to Facebook’s community standards page.

NEW YORK — Authorities say a 4 a.m. Amber Alert that startled many New Yorkers is part of a new national wireless emergency alert system.

The alert went out early Wednesday morning for a baby boy who was taken from a Manhattan child welfare facility without permission by his mother. She’s been taken into custody.
