‘King & Maxwell’: Jerry O’Connell Has A Lot Of Fun Frisking Real-Life Wife, Rebecca Romijn (VIDEO)

Jerry O’Connell was clearly having a lot of fun during his guest star stint on “King & Maxwell” this week. He got to act alongside his real-life wife, Rebecca Romijn. Even better, there was a scene where he told her he needed to see if she was wearing a wire. So he had to do a thorough investigation.

“Danger, curves ahead,” he quipped. He then insisted he needed to check her thigh. “That’s where I always hide my wire. I’m checking the thigh.”

Maxwell protested, but O’Connell’s character was insistent. So he started to check her thigh, at which point she immediately grabbed his hand and twisted his arm. “Oh, please, no, stop — mercy — I’m sorry!” he exclaimed, probably enjoying being under her spell.

Alleged Sony Xperia ‘Honami’ specs reveal beefy 20MP camera sensor

Alleged Sony Xperia 'Honami' specs leak

We’re a little more than a month away from a flood of gadget news at IFA in Berlin, and we have a sneaking suspicion that an imaging centric flagship smartphone from Sony called “Honami” is going to be there. We’ve seen hints of what the phone’s camera UI looks like, and now a leak from the Taiwanese site ePrice says the device has a 20.7-megapixel ExmorRS sensor that’s the same size as the one in the Galaxy Camera and other point-and-shoots. It’s also paired with a “Sony G-Lens,” though hopefully not one as bulbous as some others we’ve seen. Other specs include a 5-inch 1080p display with the same Triluminos technology that’s in the Xperia Z Ultra, Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 800, 16GB of internal storage that can be expanded with microSD and a fairly massive 3,000mAh battery. If the alleged spec sheet after the jump is to be believed, then the Lumia 1020 and GS4 Zoom might have to face some serious competition.

The app is available in the Windows Store right now and lets you sign into your Office 365 school or work account and sync notebooks right from within the OneNote app. As for the touch keyboard, it’s both invoked and dismissed by simply tapping into any empty space, which makes it easier to use. ‘Mistresses’: April Starts Seeing Visions Of Her Dead Husband, Or Does She? (VIDEO)

While on a date with the first man she’d given a chance since the death of her husband, Paul, on “Mistresses,” April had a vision. She saw her dead husband standing across the street — at least until a bus drove past. Ultimately, she decided that maybe it was a sign that it was time to move on and finally close that chapter of her life.

But that’s not what it meant at all. Because it wasn’t a vision.

At the end of the episode, she sent her daughter off to school. Then, there was a knock at the door. Thinking it was her daughter again, she opened it and was stunned to see her husband standing there, alive and well.

Sony Xperia i1 “Honami” specifications leak with Bionz processor

The Sony Xperia i1 “Honami” is believed to be the Xperia Z’s successor, and we’ve seen it in bits and pieces in a few leaks over the weeks. Earlier today, we saw a hint that the device may be launched later this year, and now purported specifications for the smartphone have surfaced over on the Chinese website ePrice.

According to the leak, the Xperia i1 will feature a 1/2.3-inch 20-megapixel Exmor RS sensor, which is at odds with the previous 1/1.5 to 1/1.6-inch sensor that has cropped up in older leaks. In addition to the Exmor RS sensor, there’s also said to be a G lens, while under the hood there’s reportedly a Bionz image processor, which can be found in some of Sony’s digital cameras.

In addition to the reported camera specifications, there’s also said to be a 5-inch full HD display, as well as a 2.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor, as well as 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory. In addition, there’s said to be a microSD expansion slot, with the maximum supported capacity not being specified.

Honami

As far as being waterproof and dustproof, the Xperia i1 handset is said to meet IP55/IP57 international standards, giving it the same water-resistant feature of the Xperia Z. The battery is reportedly built into the device, suggesting it won’t be user replaceable, with a large capacity of 3,000 mAh battery,

As far as design goes, you can get a look at it yourself in the image above, which has been leaked before and is in line with the design featured in other leak images said to be of the device. There are some pretty large bezels on the handset, but the overall design is comparable to that of the Xperia Z currently available.

Sony PS4 dev kit FCC filing shows off extra ports, 2.75GHz max clock frequency

Sony PS4 dev kit FCC filing shows off extra ports, 275GHz max clock speed

Sony proudly showed off its PlayStation 4 hardware for the first time at E3, and now we’re getting a peek at what developers are working with this generation thanks to the FCC. The DUH-D1000AA prototype Development Kit for PS4 is listed in these documents, tested for its Bluetooth and 802.11 b/g/n WiFi radios. As one would expect, the diagrams show it eschews the sleek design of the consumer model for extra cooling, a shape made for rack mounts plus extra indicator lights and ports. Also of note is a “max clock frequency” listing of 2.75GHz, and although we don’t know how fast the game system will run by default, it’s interesting to hear what all that silicon may be capable of (as a commenter points out below, that may relate to the system’s 8GB of GDDR5 RAM) while maintaining a temperature between 5 and 35 degrees celsius. Hit the link below to check out the documents for yourself, after seeing this and the system’s controller become a part of the FCC’s database all we’re left waiting for is Mark Cerny’s baby.

Travon Martin Protest California: Angry Over George Zimmerman Verdict, Demonstrators Raid Wal-Mart And Block Freeway

LOS ANGELES — Protesters ran through Los Angeles streets Monday night, breaking windows, attacking people on sidewalks and at one point raiding a Wal-Mart store, while others blocked a major freeway in the San Francisco Bay Area in the third night of demonstrations in California over George Zimmerman’s Florida acquittal in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin.

Thirteen people were arrested after multiple acts of vandalism and several assaults in Los Angeles’ Crenshaw District, Mayor Eric Garcetti and Police Chief Charlie Beck said at a news conference.

All-Time Home Run Derby Bracket: Babe Ruth, Barry Bonds, Chris Davis, Ken Griffey Jr. Highlight Fictional Field

Babe Ruth never did. Neither did Hank Aaron. The same goes for Jimmie Foxx. None of those baseball legends managed to hit 37 home runs before the All-Star break.

Chris Davis did. With his prodigious power display, the Baltimore Orioles’ 27-year-old first baseman joined Barry Bonds (39), Mark McGwire (37) and Reggie Jackson (37) as the only players with 37 or more home runs by the time of the Midsummer Classic.

This scorching start to the 2013 season earned Davis the final spot in our all-time home run derby bracket. As the least accomplished entrant in the fictional field, Davis will square off with the Sultan of Swat in the opening round. In a matchup sure to settle any lasting debate over the rightful ownership of the single-season longball record, Barry Bonds and Roger Maris will also match swings to get this derby started.

AT&T Next offers monthly device payment option, starts July 26

AT&T has announced its Next program, which allows users to grab a new device annually without a down payment, then make monthly payments on the device much in the same way one leases a car. After the 12 months have come to an end, that device can then be turned in for a different device, or can be kept with additional payments.

att-logo-540x292

Under the program, current customers can choose either a tablet or a smartphone every year sans various fees, such as an activation and upgrade fees, as well as eschewing a down payment on the device. There’s a contract with the program, which requires the subscriber to make payments for 20 months if they choose to keep the device rather than trade it in for a new one.

AT&T Mobility’s President and CEO Ralph de la Vega said: “With AT&T Next, customers can get the newest smartphone or tablet every year with no down payment. That’s hard to beat, and it’s an incredible value for customers who want the latest and greatest every year.” The program is open to those who are eligible.

According to the carrier, the monthly device charge will range from $15 to $50 per month, depending on which device the user selects. AT&T used the Samsung GALAXY S 4 as a specific example, with it costing customers $32 monthly. Using that example, if someone chose to keep the device and make payments on it for 20 months, the total rate would come out to $640 USD.

As such, the program will certainly appeal to some, but will end up costing more in the long run in some instances, considering that a two-year contract and the device subsidization that comes with it will only be four months longer than the 20-month period, making it more financially sensible, but perhaps not as convenient for those who don’t hang on to devices for long.
