SeV Alpha Jacket ensures that pickpockets would find you a difficult ‘project’

sev-alphaThere is always an air of mystery around those who play the role of spies, and no matter how tight a situation that they have gotten themselves into, somehow or rather, they would have figured out an alternative way to overcome the precarious scenario – all the while looking so good that not a single strand of hair is out of place. Well, spies dress well, too, since they tend to be on the government’s payroll. If you want to be one of them spies with a cool looking jacket, you might want to check out the $199.99 SeV Alpha Jacket and see what it has in store.

The SeV Alpha Jacket is a super spy jacket which is capable of concealing whatever you’re carrying, thanks to a grand total of (drumroll, please) 35 pockets. Yes sir, you read that right, 35 freakin’ pockets! I guess we are talking about having both form and function in this case, where the SeV Alpha Jacket will even boast of a Personal Area Network (PAN) that would enable you to run wires through and to many of the pockets invisibly, including earbud loops, sleeve microphone loops, and an RFID-blocking pocket. The only problem is, you might just forget where you have placed a particular item in your pocket during those moments of emergency.

Explore the Lamborghini Museum Using Google Maps

Google Maps has been adding an ever-increasing amount of Street View imagery to its service allowing you to actually see the streets you’ll be driving, biking and walking on when you’re going somewhere. I think most of us probably use Street View imagery more to see our own houses or to see if we were caught on the Street View cameras more than anything else. One of the cool things that Google has been doing is allowing some businesses to offer interior views to prospective customers.

Lamborghini has announced that it has teamed up with Google Maps to offer an exclusive interior view of its museum located in Sant’Agata Bolognese. You may not ever get to travel to Italy and see the museum firsthand, but you can explore both floors and all 1500 square meters virtually from your smartphone, tablet, or web browser.

Inside the museum, Lamborghini has all sorts of famous cars from its street-legal car line, as well as prototypes, limited editions, and racing cars. One of the coolest features is that you can actually check out the interior of some extremely limited edition Lambo models including the Reventon, Estoque, and Sesto Elemento.

EE’s temporary summer promotion, which increased data caps on two-year contracts for new sign-ups, was due to end before October. It didn’t, however, and today’s news suggests why. Mars Space Suits Tested

Mars Space Suits TestedThe Red Planet, also known as Mars, has received a fair amount of attention for quite some time already. In fact, we have already seen more than 100,000 people sign up for Mars One which would literally see them sent off on a one way trip to Mars, not to mention some robots too, wanting to be deployed on Mars to study more about this planet. Well, as part of World Space Week that happened last week, a trio of teams of earthbound astronauts put on their next-gen space suits and tested them in an event known as World Space Walk. All three tests were coordinated from Innsbruck, and there was a second team in Marseille, France, that monitored telemetry data.

The three space suits boasted designs of their own, but in the tests, they were faced with similar situations. All suits featured a human within, where they had to navigate through various obstacle courses, set up a tripod, make use of a camera, and to collect specific rock samples. Those were not all, as there were also other tasks assigned to them, to make sure that when the first human steps foot on Mars, they would be “dressed” appropriately in order to tackle the environment and atmosphere of the Red Planet.

Vivo Xplay3S Touted To Be First 2K (2560x1440px) Smartphone Display In The World

Vivo Xplay3S Touted To Be First 2K (2560x1440px) Smartphone Display In The WorldJust how much higher resolution would you want to see your smartphone’s display get? After all, how many pixels can a 6” display cram in until it reaches a point where your eyes are unable to tell the difference any more? Vivo might just be pushing the envelope of evolution for smartphone displays, where they have recently teased the Xplay3S, which is touted to be the first 2K display for smartphones in the world, sporting a whopping resolution count of 2,560 x 1,440 pixels. So much for a Full HD display on smartphones! It has been nearly a good one year since HTC launched the first Android-powered smartphone that comes with a Full HD display, and it just goes to show just how fast the pace of technology has progressed.

I guess with the Xplay3S, we are looking at a next generation smartphone display that all future flagship devices would want to emulate. Vivo could very well use this display in their flagship XPlay3S when it finally hits the market, and you can be sure that the rest of the hardware specifications are not going to be skimmed over either, including a 2.3GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800AB chipset, and of course, 4G TDD-LTE/FDD-LTE support that will play nice with all of the three mobile carriers in China.

Intel Broadwell PC Chips Get Delayed

Intel Broadwell PC Chips Get DelayedThe folks over at Intel have just confirmed that their brand new Broadwell PC chips, which we talked about might just make an appearance in future Surface devices, could be facing a production delay of up to three months. CEO Brian Krzanich claims that these next-generation processors will launch at the bare minimum, a quarter later than expected. This delay has been attributed to “technical difficulties”. The Broadwell PC chips were originally designated to take over the Intel Core i5 Haswell processors as the flagship CPU, where it will obviously be faster than before, and of course bring along with it a new level of energy efficiency that has not been seen before.

Intel also hoped that their continuous refinements and upgrades would be able to move the PC and laptop markets along, resuscitating it to the “good old days”. After all, when the world of tablet PCs and smartphones became mainstream, the laptop and desktop markets started to see its sales figures drop, which is why getting the Broadwell PC chips out as soon as possible might just be the catalyst required to get things moving. Which is your main computing device of choice these days? Do yo tend to do more work on the tablet than on a notebook or desktop?

A Zelda Movie Might Require Movie Goers To Bring Their Nintendo 3DS

A Zelda Movie Might Require Movie Goers To Bring Their Nintendo 3DSWe’re sure there are many gamers out there who wouldn’t mind seeing a Zelda movie being made, but given that video game movies hardly turn out the way they’re intended, Nintendo probably does not want to sully the name of one of their biggest franchises. However if and when such a movie were to be made, it seems that movie goers might need to bring their Nintendo 3DS handheld console into the cinemas if they wish to be able to enjoy the movie on a whole new level.

Speaking to the folks at Kotaku, Eiji Aonuma revealed that he and Nintendo’s Shigeru Miyamoto have discussed the possibility of such a movie in the past, but instead of merely adapting the game into a movie, they would make it interactive. “If we were to make a Zelda title, if we had interest in doing that, I think really what would be most important to us is to be able to play with the format of a movie, make it more interactive, like you’re able to take your 3DS into the theater and that leads you into participating in it somehow. We wouldn’t want to make it the same as any other movie. We want to somehow change what a movie is.” It’s definitely an intriguing idea, but what do you guys think? Would you love to see such a Zelda movie being made?
