Can you beat Zuckerberg when it comes to Facebook privacy?

If he's dancing, that's not a good thing.

My gym has started a new class. It’s called “Facebook Fun Fitness.” It’s designed to keep you in the most alert shape to keep abreast of Facebook’s privacy changes.

It involves a lot of squatting, so that you can duck Facebook’s ever-moving eyes. There are copious stomach crunches. In the event that Facebook exposes a topless picture of you, these ensure you will be looking your best.

Having taken a couple of these classes, I thought I’d be ready for the Realistic Facebook Privacy Simulator.

This is a new tool that tests your alertness and swiftness to ever-changing Facebook privacy controls.

You can check all the boxes you like, but you can never win.

When you begin the simulator, you have 20 seconds to make three difficult choices.

Here are some sample questions.

Beard Trimmer with laser guide will have you looking prim and proper

Laser guide beard trimmer
Looking professional and acting professional go hand in hand. Of course, you need both to succeed, but dressing the part is often harder to keep up with. You can slap a smile on your face, but coming to work looking clean, and as though you’ve spent some measure of time on your appearance is much more difficult. It’s all in the little details, like having manicured nails, no wrinkled clothing, and well-kept hair can attribute to a well-put-together package.

Of course, going in for an actual manicure, getting your hair trimmed or shaved every few days or weeks, and having your clothing dry-cleaned and pressed can be a major burden on your wallet. So long as you go about things in the right way, you can do most of that at home for a relatively cheap amount. Of course, for the gentlefolk, shaving your facial hair can be a bit more of a challenge. The Norelco Beard Trimmer with laser guide is hoping to help with this aspect, so you can keep up with the Joneses.

This has a reversible trimmer, and won’t annihilate your face as you shave. There is an LED display that will let you choose your length, and 17 lock-in settings to pick from as well. You’ll also be able to tack on a beard or detail comb for whichever issue you face (on your face). The laser aspect is the same as a scope on a gun, helping you to hone in and take care of business with precision. It needs to charge for an hour to work for an hour, and is water-resistant for easy cleaning. This will set you back around $100, but would be better than going to a barber on the regular.

Purported Gold iPad 5 And iPad 2 Mini Leaked

With the iPhone 5s, Apple offered the gold color as an option for the very first time. Demand for this particular color has apparently been quite high, with Apple even reportedly ramping up production of the gold iPhone 5s. The question everyone had in their minds after the iPhone was announced was that if the company will offered gold as a color option for its next generation iPads. Apple hasn’t officially confirmed this as yet, but purported rear casings of the iPad 5 and iPad mini 2 decked in gold have leaked.

    HTC One max Review

HTC should’ve had a best-seller with the HTC One. The metal-bodied phone was the go-to recommendation for Android fans in the know, and that it didn’t get the attention of Samsung’s Galaxy range is arguably more about marketing than anything else. HTC followed Samsung’s example in distilling the brand for a smaller version, in the […]

    Opera Mini for the iPhone?

This article was written on January 11, 2008 by CyberNet.

Opera Mini iPhone On Tuesday an Opera developer was asked during an interview if there were any plans to develop the Opera Mini browser for the iPhone later this year when Apple releases the SDK. The developer responded with an enthusiastic “Yes,” but didn’t expand on it.

Wired asked Opera for clarification as to whether an Opera Mini for the iPhone will actually be made. Their response was:

This is one of those cases of an enthusiastic developer answering a question theoretically. There are no current release plans for Opera Mini or any version of Opera for iPhone.

Once Apple releases the Software Development Kit (SDK) in February I would surely have to believe that Opera will be developing their browser for it. I also wouldn’t be surprised to see other browsers, such as Firefox, ported over to run on the iPhone. The browser war isn’t just on the desktop anymore!

Here’s the footage of the interview with the developer. If you only want to see his response to the iPhone question skip ahead to the last 10 seconds:

Snapchat's Been Handing Unopened Messages Over to the Police

This summer’s NSA revelations opened a lot of people’s eyes. The government can (and does) surveil the American people, sometimes scooping data right off the servers of Google and Facebook. But surely Snapchat, the service that deletes all messages after they’ve been read, is safe? Not so much.

Viber For BlackBerry 10 Not Coming Anytime Soon

Viber For BlackBerry 10 Not Coming Anytime Soon

It is no secret that BlackBerry 10 is miles behind its competitors in the apps department, and the situation hasn’t drastically improved ever since the platform was first unveiled back in January this year. In June, Viber CEO had said that the official Viber for BlackBerry 10 app would be released alongside the BB OS 10.2 update. He said that both, the app and the update, would be released “hand-in-hand.” Though it looks like Viber had made a U-turn, in response to a user’s query on Twitter, it was revealed through the official Viber Twitter account that there are currently no plans to release a version for BB10.

Back then, Viber CEO Talmon Marco had said that a compatible version was in development, but didn’t exactly say when Viber would release its app for BlackBerry 10. BB OS 10.2 update hasn’t been released as yet for existing BB10 devices, though devices running this firmware are already out in the market, seeing as how the recently announced BlackBerry Z30 ships with BB OS 10.2 pre-installed. Viber tweeted that at this point, “we do not intend to release a version for bb10.” So it can’t be said if Viber will change its mind somewhere down the line. Its competitor, WhatsApp, has released a BlackBerry 10 compatible app. Those BB10 users who want to use Viber, they will have to make do by sideloading an Android version.
