Will Google's Next Purchase Be An Online Spreadsheet?

With the recent acquisition of Writely by Google many people are wondering what Google’s next move is going to be. Speculation is that they are going to try and create a whole Online Office Suite which means that they will probably go after an Online Spreadsheet company next. People are signing up for many of these Online Office solutions since Writely temporarily closed their doors (except for current users) until the transition to Google.

While all of this is just speculation because of Google purchasing Writely people still know that Google will still be pushing for more. iRows seems to the company that came out on top for the spreadsheet applications that are available. They allow users to import their Excel spreadsheets and provide a lot of the needed functionalities of a spreadsheet.
