There’s nothing like a good push on the biggest shopping day of the year, especially when you’ve got a device that’s just about the size of your traditional stocking for stuffing. That’s what’s up with Pebble this weekend when they reveal that they’ve released the device to Amazon as well as on their own site […]
Just three days ago, it seems that a white colored version of the Motorola Droid Ultra was spotted, where it was headed to Verizon. Of course, until there is an official confirmation concerning that, it would remain but a rumor, so it is a good thing that Verizon is now offering white colored models of not only the Motorola Droid Ultra, but the Motorola Droid Mini as well. This would definitely appeal to those who have always wanted to pick up either smartphone from Verizon, but are not too pleased with the choices of just black and red. Other than the color change on the outside, the insides would remain pretty much similar without any change.
Just to refresh our memories, both of these smartphones will arrive with a 1.7GHz dual-core processor, a 10-megapixel shooter at the back, and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean as the operating system of choice. Needless to say, the Motorola Droid Mini would be the smaller of the two, where it sports a 4.3” display while the Droid Ultra itself would come with a 5” display. Pricing would remain the same as black and red colored models, as the Motorola Droid Ultra and Droid Mini will burn a $99.99 and $49.99 hot in your pocket, respectively, accompanied by a 2-year agreement.

Now you can caress and even tickle your significant other, even when you’re far away, with Bond. It’s basically a wearable system that lets you reach out and “touch” people from far away.
The Bond device works with an iOS or Android device via Bluetooth to deliver the virtual caresses. It’s pretty versatile too, as the sensor can be worn as either a bracelet or a pendant.
Once activated, users can “touch” and tickle others remotely anywhere in the world where there’s cell service coverage.
If you touch it for 1 second, your friend will get a one second tickle. Tickles can be up to five seconds long and any colour of the rainbow – the colour just depends on how long you touch it for. Swipe BOND and you will send a rainbow tickle.
Bond is currently up for funding on Indiegogo through December 3rd, where a minimum pledge of $170(USD) will get you a pair – with one for you to keep and one for you to give away to your significant other.

You’ve heard of Black Friday, the darkest day for American capitalism; Cyber Monday, where everyone gets out their latent shopping aggression online; now there’s even Grey Thursday, as retailers open on Thanksgiving Eve to get an edge on the competition. But, friends, have you heard of Brown Friday?
Just last month, we did bring you word of a possible new peripheral from Microsoft-owned Nokia, which is the Nokia Guru, where there was a leaked image that accompanied it. That leaked image (courtesy of @evleaks) arrived in a shade of cyan blue, where it has been nicknamed Guru for one reason or another. Heck, it might just be known as the BH-121 Touch, as the ‘Touch’ bit would stand for the integrated NFC compatibility. Other than the rumors, we have more or less remained high and dry when it comes to any official information concerning the device, although there were whispers going around that it will be slightly different from what has been spotted in the unofficial rendered images.
The latest leak also pointed to a possible launch of the BH-121 that is set to happen anytime from a fortnight to three weeks from now, which would make it available in time for Christmas. What will the Nokia BH-121 Touch be able to deliver? For starters, this is a Bluetooth headset which will be able to control playback on your Lumia, and the device itself comes with a volume rocker, a play button and a microUSB port. Of course, there will be integrated NFC connectivity that makes life a snap when it comes to pairing with compatible devices.

There are times when you need to carry a couple of SIM cards with you, but would you actually want to tote two smartphones in your pocket or handbag? It could end up to be quite the burden, which is why it is interesting to know that Samsung has come up with a fair number of dual SIM solutions, where one of their latest models would be the Samsung Galaxy S Duos 2 that was leaked recently, and this is also touted to succeed its hugely popular dual SIM smartphone that runs on the Android mobile operating system.
Just what kind of hardware will the Samsung Galaxy S Duos 2 bring to the table? For starters, it comes with a 4″ WVGA display at 480 x 800 resolution, is powered by Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, and will also have a dual-core 1.2GHz processor alongside 768MB RAM, although it remains to be seen just what kind of chipset will it carry. Apart from that, you can also expect a 5-megapixel shooter, 4GB of internal memory which can be further augmented via a microSD memory card slot, and a 1,500mAh battery. Do bear in mind that this is one smartphone which will be very different from the Galaxy S 2 Duos which was released on China Telecom.

We’re certain you did not expect to see the name Nintendo 64 in your news feed today, but there it is – revived by the company called Lekki. This machine will be sold by the company in a collection of new colors never available with the console’s standard run. While users were able to get […]
