GX Gaming introduces range of gaming peripherals to the US

amphiroGX Gaming happens to be the gaming series arm of Genius, a peripheral manufacturer, and they have recently unveiled a slew of gaming peripherals to those living in North America. The trio of peripherals that I am referring to would be the White Edition of the GX Gaming DeathTaker, Imperator Pro and GX-Speed. Such a special collection has been concocted by GX Gaming in order to coincide with the festive season, where all three of them – the new DeathTaker, Imperator Pro, and GX-Speed will arrive in white so that it offers a “cool zone” around any gamer, while doubling up as the perfect companions to anyone with a white themed gaming setup.

First of all, the DeathTaker White Edition happens to be a nine button precision gaming mouse that has up to 5700 dpi resolution. Apart from that, it also has X/Y axis independent dpi adjustments which would pave the way for a more flexible configuration in an intense online battle. Throwing in a weight adjustment system further enhances mouse control at high speed.

As for the Imperator Pro White Edition, it will come with 17 NKRO in order to prevent missed key presses during those crucial in-game, hair raising moments . Half a dozen independent macro keys will be accompanied by a pair of USB ports to make sure that you do not lose an iota of connectivity. Apart from that, the white body is a beauty to behold, as it comes with grey keycaps and red lettering for that added dash of style.

Last but not least, we have the GX Speed White Edition that will be the latest soft gaming mouse pad that was specifically designed for the DeathTaker White Edition. It will of course work with other kinds of gaming mice, but why not let it stick to its destined partner? Being thinner, larger, and white themed, it will come with a natural rubber base so that one will be able to enjoy a stronger surface grip that will not slip.

Atlanta Subway Urine Detectors Look Out for Number One

Despite being a great idea, public transit always seems to be fighting an uphill battle for public opinion. Atlanta’s MARTA subway system has been roundly criticized for, among other things, smelling like pee, and the transit line won’t take it sitting down: this month, MARTA began installing first-of-its-kind urination detectors in the subway’s elevators.

We do know that the world has moved in leaps and bounds when it comes to technology, and with that, it has also helped us be a more efficient society. Power efficiency is a buzzword that has been thrown around for quite some time already, especially when you consider how the world has finite energy sources, leading us to consider renewable energy as another alternative. The Amphiro a1 is said to be the first of its kind in the world, where it will be able to assist users to help save up to an average of 23% of their thermal energy – this translates to approximately $135 savings annually without having to give up on your comfort. After all, the folks over at Amphiro claim that the average household uses 2,000 kWh of energy annually for water heating needs alone, and is more than the combined total used for lighting, cooking, electronic devices and the refrigerator.

With the Amphiro a1, it will be able to display your hot water consumption in real time, urging you to reduce your carbon footprint in an entertaining manner. With its help, it is projected to help you save 440 kWh of energy in addition to 8,500 litersof drinking water and waste water each year.

It will work by sitting between the shower hose and the handheld shower head, running on a tiny generator which harvests the energy for the display and electronic components from the water flow itself. It will show off details like your current water consumption, the water temperature, your energy consumption and the associated energy efficiency class, while a polar bear animation would visualize your energy consumption.
