This Medieval Joker Armor Is Insane

Prince Armory has been making stuff for cosplayers, armor and weapon collectors since 2007. They have all kinds of detailed custom armor creations. Their newest design looks like it comes straight from the pages of a DC Elseworlds comic book.

This suit of medieval style leather Joker armor is colorful and creepy and is perfect for the Clown Prince of Crime. The suit is made of seven hardened leather pieces: A Jester’s Helmet with Joker Mask, Breastplate, Drama Face Pauldrons, Breastplate, Jester’s War Skirt, Cuisses/Knees/Greaves, and Articulated Jester Shoe Sabatons.

The detail is crazy. One can only imagine how cool Medieval Batman would look fighting this guy. I would not want to go up against this Joker. He is even creepier and more insane than usual.

Pop-Up Stereo Mics on Zoom's Q4 Help Ensure Your Videos Sound Good Too

If there’s one telltale sign that a video wasn’t produced by a professional, it’s usually the crappy sound accompanying the footage. T-Mobile Value Is Back To AT&T Deal Level: Deutsche Telekom CEO

T Mobile Value Is Back To AT&T Deal Level: Deutsche Telekom CEO

Germany’s Deutsche Telekom has a 67 percent controlling stake in T-Mobile U.S. The country’s fourth largest mobile carrier received a buyout bid from AT&T back in 2011, it was offered $39 billion, which it accepted. However the deal was blocked by regulatory authorities, and T-Mobile was compensated with roughly $7 billion in cash and spectrum. Since then, T-Mobile has become quite popular, in 2013 alone it made a number of “uncarrier” moves that brought in a lot of new subscribers. The carrier has bounced back in spectacular fashion, even after the botched deal with AT&T left its future uncertain. Deutsche Telekom CEO Timotheus Hoettges believes that the carrier is now back to the AT&T deal level, he pegs it at $42 billion.

    DeskScapes 2.0 Preview Now Available

This article was written on March 13, 2008 by CyberNet.

Stardock has started to deliver the DeskScapes 2.0 Preview yesterday to anyone that wants to give it a whirl. Previously DeskScapes was a way for Vista Ultimate users to extend the functionality of Dreamscene, but now it works on any version of Vista without needing Dreamscene. It’s a great way to have an animated desktop background on your Vista machine, oh, and did I say that it’s free?

DeskScapes 2.0 Preview is shipping with three different Dreams (that’s what the backgrounds are called) to test different aspects of the application. As we’ve shown you in video demonstrations there are a ton of amazing Dreams available to really make your desktop shine. The dynamic ones are especially nice, but you’ll have to fork out a few bucks to get some of my favorites.

Using the application is virtually dummy-proof. Once setup you can run DeskScapes, and you’ll see a window similar to this one:

If you just want to checkout the Dreams that it comes with click the Choose an Animated Desktop to get started right away. Once you’ve tinkered with those I recommend going to WinCustomize and downloading some of the others that have been created. Almost all of the Dreams are free, and I’m sure you’ll have a good time trying them out.

DeskScapes 2.0 is expected to be released at the end of March with Object Desktop 2008.

Apple Might Have Sold At Least 50 Million iPhones Last Quarter

Apple Might Have Sold At Least 50 Million iPhones Last Quarter

On January 27th, after the markets close, Apple is going to announce its fiscal Q1 2014 results. Analysts have already started predicting what the figures are going to be, Fortune collected data from 44 analysts, all of them estimate that at the very least Apple was able to sell 50 million iPhones in the previous quarter. Predictions obtained from 27 professional and 17 independent analysts reach a consensus on 55.3 million iPhone units, which results in a 16 percent growth in unit sales as opposed to the same quarter from a year ago.

Apple may have been aided by the popularity of its two new iPhones, the iPhone 5s and the iPhone 5c. Both smartphones were widely available in the previous quarter, not to mention the fact that the holiday season also came in between, which is usually a time when sales experience a significant boost. Scott Craig of Merrill Lynch is actually the most bullish of all the professional analysts, he predicts that Apple might have sold as many as 58.5 million iPhones, whereas Andy Hargreaves of Pacific Crest plugs the end with a prediction of 50.93 million units. It will be interesting to compare these figures with units sales from the current quarter, when it ends in a couple of months, as in this quarter Apple has finally begun selling its iPhones on the world’s largest mobile carrier, China Mobile. Even the pre-orders are said to be in multi-millions.
