LG is set to launch their latest Full HD monitor, the 27MP75HM-P. Adopting the ‘Blue Light reduction mode’ and ‘Flicker-safe function’ for reducing eyestrain, this new 27-inch AH-IPS LED-backlight monitor provides 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 250 cd/m2 brightness, 5ms (GTG) response time and 178/178 degree viewing angles. In addition, it also comes with two built-in 5W stereo speakers and has D-Sub and 2x HDMI connectors. The 27MP75HM-P will begin shipping from mid-March for unannounced price yet. [LG]

Check out this recently announced graphics card ‘R7 265 Dual-X’ from Sapphire. Based on AMD’s latest GCN architecture, the card comes with 1024 Stream Processors, a 256-bit memory interface, a core clock of 900MHz (Boost Clock 925MHz) and a 2GB of GDDR5 memory set @ 5600MHz. If you’ve been following this series, you’ll know that I explained the LAN and WAN ports on a home router in part 1. And now, I need to tell you how you can use this information to remotely access your device at home. For example, if you know how to use Remote Desktop, a built-in feature of Windows, to control a computer in a different room of your home, how about doing that from somewhere away from home, and save yourself from having to pay for similar services such as Logmein or GotoMyPC?

Posted in: Today's ChiliEarlier this year at CES 2014, ASUS took the wraps off a very interesting hybrid device, and by hybrid we’re not talking about a laptop that doubles as a tablet. By hybrid we mean a laptop that double as a tablet that runs both Android and Windows at the same time. This came in the form of the ASUS Transformer Book Duet and was a pretty interesting device to say the least. Now given that Google and Microsoft are rivals, we can’t say that Google or Microsoft might have been too pleased to have both operating systems offered in the same device, and now according to a report from DigiTimes, it has been suggested that Google could be pressuring ASUS into never launching the device.
