Did your child rack up charges on your credit card by making in-app purchases without your consent and authorization? Good news, you can claim a refund from Apple. The move is a part of a consent decree that the company struck with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. Apple was fined $32.5 million for its in-app purchase billing practices, the money will be used for refunds. Those wishing to claim a refund for IAPs “made by a minor” have until April 15th 2014 to submit their request.

The last couple of months have been great for Android fans. Anticipating was running high as both Samsung and HTC were due to unveil their 2014 flagships. Samsung Galaxy S5 was made official last month while earlier today the All New HTC One was finally launched. For the past few weeks we have been hearing rumors that Nokia has a couple of Lumia devices up its sleeve. There have been many leaks but so far the company hasn’t said if it has plans of launching any new devices.
