The Batman 75 Sweepstakes Promises Enough Swag to Fill Your Batcave

On March 30, 1939, Bill Finger and Bob Kane introduced the world to the rich orphan that could: the Batman. Warner Bros. Entertainment and DC Entertainment have prepared a year-long celebration for the Caped Crusader’s 75th birthday, most of which involves getting you to buy more stuff from them. A notable exception? The Batman 75 Sweepstakes.

Razer works on custom-designed peripherals for World of Tanks

wot-deathadderRazer is a company that has had plenty of experience when it comes to rolling out gaming hardware that caters for high performance gamers as well as professionals. Having said that, they have also introduced their fair share of game tie-ins in the past, and it is not too different this time around with a mouse and mouse mat combo that has been stylized with design elements from Wargaming’s tank MMO action game

Razer, working hand in hand with Wargaming, where the latter happens to be the leading free-to-play MMO developer and publisher, have announced a new range of gaming peripherals for World of Tanks, where part of the package would include a customized Razer DeathAdder mouse as well as a World of Tanks Razer Goliathus mouse mat.

The custom-designed Razer mouse will come with a well-known DeathAdder ergonomic design, where it will also boast of an aggressively orange illuminated World of Tanks logo. Virtual tank commanders will have no issues pairing the premium gaming device with a World of Tanks Razer Goliathus mouse mat, where the latter has been specially designed for those who use their gaming mice to earn a living with the required surface for steady aim.

Be an early bird and you will be able to take advantage of the first 20,000 units of both products that will include in-game bonus codes for World of Tanks, featuring the exclusive Pz. Kpfw. IV Hydraulic Tank, only available to World of Tanks Razer DeathAdder users.

Just how much of a premium would an avid fan have to fork out for the World of Tanks Razer DeathAdder? It will cost you $79.99 a pop, and having been released in 2006, it still remains as the world’s best-selling gaming mouse to-date. I am quite sure that if you already own a DeathAdder mouse, getting this would not be too much of an issue if you also happen to love World of Tanks to bits.

Microsoft Getting Ready For Xbox One Launch In China

Microsoft Getting Ready For Xbox One Launch In ChinaIt wasn’t too long ago that the Chinese government finally lifted their decade long ban on video game consoles. What this meant is that consoles from the likes of Nintendo, Sony, and Microsoft could finally be sold in the country legally.

Prior to this, consoles could be bought albeit via gray channel imports meaning that they weren’t exactly legally sold, so issues with the console and attempting to claim warranty could be something of an issue. (more…)

Moto G Boosts Motorola’s UK Market Share

Moto G Boosts Motorolas UK Market ShareBased on all the reviews of the Moto G so far, including our own, the device has proven to be quite the hit. Granted it isn’t the most powerful Android handset available in the market at the moment, but given its hardware specs and its asking price, it certainly makes for a great value for money device.

That being said it seems that the Moto G has actually helped Motorola achieve a higher market share in the UK. According to a recent Kantar Worldpanel report, the Moto G helped Motorola achieve a 6% market share in the UK. This is pretty small but given that Motorola’s presence in the UK was almost non-existent, according to Kantar, this is a pretty big achievement. (more…)
