Watch Dogs Requires 35 Hours Of Playing Time On Average To Complete

Watch Dogs Requires 35 Hours Of Playing Time On Average To CompleteI am quite sure when you spend a whole lot of hard earned money on a particular game, you would more or less expect that title to deliver a fair amount of playing time. Imagine forking out $60 for a game, and to receive 20 hours or so of game time would be a decent return, especially when you consider that the running time for six movies at the cinema would not even amount up to 20 hours on average. Granted, games and movies are two different entities, but at least it gives one a better idea for comparing. With Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes touted to be just 2 hours long to complete, it is comforting to know that Watch Dog’s average game completion time stands at 35 to 40 hours, with 100 hours or so required to complete everything.

Commute-Case Turns Your Briefcase Into A Ride

I am quite sure that Hanna Barbera’s cartoons do bring back plenty of fond memories to many of us, with the futuristic The Jetsons being one of them, long before the likes of Star Trek and Star Wars made their respective appearances. The Jetsons did come with a future which was full of robots as well as pets that were intelligent enough to hold a conversation with you. The world that they lived in back then was entirely unrealistic, but it does seem that over time, technology in the real world might have been playing catch up, and have done so pretty well to boot. The Commute-Case is definitely a move in the right direction.

Mario Kart Race Happens In Tokyo

Mario Kart Race Happens In TokyoWe have seen Mario and Luigi get around in Tokyo in the past, but that might just be a preview of things to come. Surely we have not seen a full blown Mario Kart race on the streets of Tokyo, right? Surely observers would have heard of Rémi Gaillard before, the audacious Frenchman of YouTube fame who is the brainchild behind many an illegal street Mario Kart antic, is also familiar with having the authorities chase him down. Japanese Twitter users have managed to capture Mario and friends driving around Shibuya, which means a real-life Mario Kart scenario has unfolded in the business of Tokyo itself.

Free Garden Warfare DLC From PopCap

Free Garden Warfare DLC From PopCapPopCap is certainly on the right track when it comes to their Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare community, having just announced that a free “Garden Variety Pack” DLC is on its way. After all, sharing is caring, and to have PopCap make this announcement might just cause some of us to fire up Plants vs. Zombies and its sequel, and play through the games all over again for nostalgia’s sake. This particular DLC will be made available on March 18, where it will feature a trio of abilities for each class, in addition to an all new 8v8 “Gnome Bomb” mode (that ought to be full of fun and mayhem for sure) and a “funtastic” map.

Solar Power Harvested From Space Beamed Down To Earth

Solar Power Harvested From Space Beamed Down To EarthImagine being able to capture solar power in the vastness and emptiness of space itself, before you send it down to the earth for humanity to consume. After all, it is not as though the world’s oil reserves are unlimited – no sir, we have been making effort to ensure that the world’s energy consumption is as efficient as possible, but this latest idea from the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) might just be feasible – to come up with the ability for the military to “capture” solar power in orbit, before projecting it back down to earth.
