iPad 4 Rumored To Replace iPad 2 As Lower-Cost iPad

iPad 4 Rumored To Replace iPad 2 As Lower Cost iPadAccording to an earlier rumor, it has been suggested that Apple could be gearing up to release another variant of the iPhone 5c, except that this model will come with 8GB of storage which is even lower than the default storage from before which was at 16GB.

We’re not sure why Apple would want to release an iPhone 5c with even less storage space, but chances are that it will be priced cheaper, which would then make it more appealing to those shopping on a budget. However it seems that not only will Apple be refreshing the iPhone 5c with a lower capacity model, but they will be refreshing its iPad 4 as well. (more…)

Apps Crashing Less Frequently With iOS 7.1, According To Reports

Apps Crashing Less Frequently With iOS 7.1, According To ReportsNo platform is perfect. Whether it be iOS, Android, Windows Phone, or BlackBerry, there are bound to be flaws, bugs, security holes, and so on that needs addressing over the course of time. There are also instances where apps on any of these platforms are bound to crash, but hopefully with each update, the respective companies will work towards making their platform a bit more stable.

However as far as Apple is concerned, they have managed to achieve this with iOS 7.1. According to performance monitoring from Crittercism, they have found that crash rates of apps running on iOS 7 is under 1.6%. This is versus the rates of 2% and above on apps running on older versions of iOS such as iOS 7, iOS 6.1, and iOS 6. (more…)

Amazingly, the drone escaped unscathed — even getting up close and personal with lava that can reach temperatures up to 1,200 degrees Celsius — and O’Callaghan successfully demonstrated that volcanoes are awesome.
