Sony Xperia Z2 Delays Ramp Up

At Mobile World Congress in February Sony unveiled its latest flagship, the Sony Xperia Z2. The smartphone is destined to take on the likes of Samsung Galaxy S5 and HTC One M8, but it appears that delays may keep it from taking on the rivals. HTC’s flagship is already available, Samsung’s releasing next week. Initially the Z2 was expected in April, but this was then delayed until early May. Customers in Hong Kong will have to wait until June, the company says through its official Facebook page.
Recently it was also reported that Sony Xperia Z2 launch across the pond in the UK might not happen until the end of May, several retailers say this time frame has been given to them by the company itself. Z2′s North American debut is slated for next month, its launch in the U.S. might not happen until the second quarter of this year. Sony Xperia Z2 is rumored to be a Verizon exclusive in the U.S.
While Sony Hong Kong doesn’t give any reason for the delay, reports from the supply chain suggest that due to component shortages, Sony is facing production issues with the Xperia Z2. Until those bottlenecks are resolved, the company will continue to have a tough time in producing enough units so as to fulfill demand.

For teenagers its probably a nightmare to have their social media accounts scrutinized by parents. They often have a certain expectation of privacy, while parents are often curious about the company their young adults keep both on and offline. Even if accessing someone’s Facebook without their knowledge is bound to tick them off, sometimes it may even save their lives. A mom in Utah went through her teenage son’s Facebook page and found threats, she was able to alert the police before something unfortunate happened.
According to KUTV, the mother was stunned when she saw threatening comments on her son’s Facebook page. The police say that comments included threats to shoot him. She immediately called her son’s school which alerted the police. They arrested two suspects, who weren’t students at the school, and found a gun, loaded magazine and drugs in their possession. Police claim that they were ready to carry out the threat.
Salt Lake City police’s Det. Greg Wilking told KUTV that the threats were credible, and that there were also some pictures on Instagram involving a weapon. Thus the police considers all evidence credible, rest assured, the two suspects are in hot water. Had it been some other day, and the son wasn’t on the verge of getting shot, perhaps he might have been furious with his mother for accessing his Facebook. I’m thinking not in this particular scenario.

NOW TV and The Telegraph made this fake “throne of swords” that can be attached to any seat easily. It’s even got padded back and butt cushions, which is a definite improvement over the one on the TV show.
Unfortunately, they gave away the throne to one lucky person. Give the throne away? With no bloodshed? Ridiculous, but it actually happened. Sadly, we can’t buy one, but maybe you can make your own and be King in your office. Just don’t let it go to your head like Joffrey did.
