Good news Dropbox users for iOS! If you have been hoping that the app would be receiving an update that would put the app in line with the design language of iOS 7, you might not have to wait much longer. According to a recent post on Dropbox’s blog, they have revealed the app that looks like it has been somewhat dramatically redesigned to keep in tune with the look and feel of iOS 7. No word on when this update is expected to drop, but presumably with Dropbox being comfortable to release these images, we can only imagine it will be in the near future.
As part of the blog post, Dropbox has also announced that they will be making some changes to Dropbox for Business, its paid enterprise service that offers multiple user support, enhanced security, and team management features. According to Dropbox, this upcoming feature will allow users to connect both their personal and business account and use both simultaneously, albeit with separate folders as you can see in the image above. Dropbox claims that this particular feature will be rolled out starting this month to Dropbox for Business customers, but we’re not sure if this means that the visual update for regular Dropbox users will happen this month as well, but we’ll keep our eyes peeled nonetheless.

Posted in: Today's ChiliIn the past, flashing a custom ROM onto your Android device such as CyanogenMod was not a feat for the less tech savvy. It used to be that users would have to know how to root their device, and then learn all the complicated steps needed to back-up their devices and prepare to flash the custom ROM onto their phones. Granted this is not such a difficult task if you are able to follow instructions, but it still felt daunting knowing that a wrong move would result in your brand new handset becoming a very expensive paperweight. Well the hard part is over as the CyanogenMod Installer has finally made its way onto the Google Play store.
According to Steve Kondik, the founder of CyanogenMod, “Our goal for the installer has always been to allow more users to experience the benefits of CyanogenMod, without the hassles of technical guides and concerns associated with the process.” There will be a PC client application that will also need to be downloaded first and once both the software for the PC and the app for the phone has been installed, all users will need to do is click “Start” and the process of flashing will begin! Of course it doesn’t hurt if you were to do a little bit of research on the whole process before proceeding, so if you’d like to check out the app, hit up the Google Play store for the details!
