Toshiba is gearing up to launch another all-in-one desktop PC namely the dynabook REGZA PC D833/T9J. This space-saving machine sports a 23-inch 1920 x 1080 touchscreen display, a 2.40GHz Intel Core i7-3630QM processor, an Intel HM76 Express Chipset, an 8GB DDR3 RAM, a 3TB hard drive, a webcam, a BDXL drive, a TV tuner (Now TV), an SD card slot, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 and runs on Windows 8 64-bit OS with Office Home and Business 2013. Touchscreen laptops appear to be rising in popularity as the newest data from market research firm DisplayBank says that touchscreen notebook shipments have jumped 51.8% during Q1 2013 compared to the previous quarter. A total of 4.57 million touchscreen laptops were shipped during the quarter, making up 10% of all notebook shipments during Q1 2013.
