The internet has truly made the world grow a whole lot smaller. Take 23 year old Gemini Smith for instance, where she managed to raise the £4,450 required in order to enlarge her breasts to a size that she desired simply by chatting to men online. Gemini, a trainee undertaker, touts that her 34A breasts made her look like “a 12-year-old boy”, and after the operation, she has raised the stakes to 34DD, after giving her herself a chance with American website MyFreeImplants.com. MyFreeImplants.com is a place where strangers can chat up with the ladies registered there while making a donation towards their cosmetic surgery dream.
Of course, it is not all sugar coated, since there are some women who signed up to the site, only to be on the receiving end of requests for lewd photos and pornographic videos. There are also others who managed to achieve their goal the clean way, all without having to do anything that is sexually explicit.
Gemini took less than three months to raise the money that she required, where every message that is sent to her, she would receive $1. She shared, “The website MyFreeImplants.com looked really genuine with the possibility to do what I wanted to do, how I wanted to do it. When I raised the amount I was absolutely over the moon.It’s more like a social network site because on the nature of what you are wanting done people expect you, or want you, to show something or do something. Personally I didn’t do anything I didn’t want to for money, I just said if you are going to help me and talk to me then it is because you like me for me, not for what I can do. I made quite a few genuine friends on there who I can talk to about anything and everything.”
Others are not that blessed as Gemini to raise funds that quickly, as 34 year old mum-of-two Angelina Barton has spent anywhere from four to eight hours daily, chatting with men to raise money for her breast surgery dream, having used the site for four years already. I can imagine spending that amount of time working at a different job might be able to raise the £4,174 faster than via Internet chat, but to each his or her own.

Microsoft has made an official announcement today that they will be opening up the doors to 11 more specialty retail stores in the U.S. when May rolls around, at least according to what was posted on the Microsoft Store Facebook page. Over there, a list of the store locations and opening dates were posted, and as you can check out from the map above, these happen to be spread out throughout the vast country.
Such kiosk-like stores will happen to sell a limited number of Microsoft related products including Surface tablets and Xbox One consoles among others. Should a location become popular, that particular specialty store could be upgraded to end up as a full retail location. Needless to say, one can look forward to some kind of opening day sales, giveaways and promotions as each store opens, although no specific details were revealed.
The new stores will be located at North Point Mall, Alpharetta, GA (May 3); The Oaks, Thousand Oaks, CA, Park Place, Tucson, AZ, Jordan Creek Town Center, Des Moines, IA, (May 13); FlatIron Crossing, Broomfield, CO, North Star Mall, San Antonio, TX, Westroads Mall, Omaha, NE (May 15); The Mall in Columbia, Columbia, MD, The Maine Mall, S Portland, ME, Mall of Louisiana, Baton Rouge, LA, and Boise Towne Square, Boise, ID (May 17).

Are you feeling lucky? Google has already begun taking registrations for tickets to its Google I/O 2014 developer conference, and for this year’s edition, the tech giant will try something different, using a lottery system in order to dispense with the actual tickets. Those who intend to try their luck can do so anytime until April 18th at 2 pm Pacific Time (5 pm Eastern time) in order to sign up for the lottery. Of course, the odds should be in your favor compared to holding the winning Powerball ticket.
Apart from that, Google dropped a hint on what will Google I/O 2014 discuss about, with their focus being on three key themes – namely design, develop and distribute, in order to assist developers to build and prove their app right from the start all the way to the finish. Not only that, developers will be able to spend more time to chat with Google employees and partners this year, while experiencing demo apps in the “Sandbox” segment of the conference.

Lenovo FLEX 2 Laptops Announced

Lenovo has recently announced that they have added two new computers to their FLEX lineup in the form of the FLEX 2. The FLEX 2 laptops will come in two different sizes, a 14-inch display ora 15.6-inch display, but apart from the difference in display sizes, both laptops are expected to feature the same hardware internally.
So what makes Lenovo’s FLEX 2 laptops so unique? Well as the name would suggest, the laptops are flexible, sort of. The display can be tilted all the way around at a 300 degree angle, meaning that it sort of acts like a tablet on a stand, and thanks to its touchscreen display and Windows 8.1, we guess it sort of is like a tablet. Laptops can be used for a variety of different things. It can be used primarily for work, or it can be used for entertainment purposes. Sure, a home theater PC setup would probably be ideal but for those on the go or for students who want to enjoy some music or movies before classes, laptops are probably a better way to go about it.
If that describes you or someone you know, Lenovo might have something for you guys in the form of their Z40 and Z50 laptops, which according to the company will be entertainment-focused. This is evidenced with the laptop’s sporting an optional Full HD 1920×1080 display. It will also pack a Dolby Home Theater sound system and will be powered by AMD’s APUs as well the option to go for AMD’s R7 GPU if gaming is what you’re after.
Interestingly enough while most computers and laptops seem to do away with the need for an optical drive, Lenovo has decided to keep it with the Z40 and the Z50. It will pack a DVD player/burner which users can use to watch movies with or listen to CDs. The laptops will also measure just under an inch thick meaning you should be able to bring it around with you no problem.
Lenovo’s Z series of laptops are expected to be priced starting at $579 and will go up depending on your configuration. The Lenovo Z40 will be available in the beginning of May while the Lenovo Z50 is expected to see a release later in August.

All in one desktop computers are usually a great way to save space, especially if your table is pretty cluttered. Well if you’re after an AIO desktop PC, you might be interested to learn that Lenovo has recently announced the A540 AIO desktop PC.
Part of Lenovo’s A series of desktops, the A540 will pack a 23.8-inch Full HD 1920×1080 IPS display. It will also feature a body made from aluminum which helps lend itself to that premium feel and look, and measuring just 4mm thin at its edge, the result is a pretty sleek looking device. The display of the A540 can also be adjusted anywhere between -5 degrees to 90 degrees, allowing users to position it however they want.
This is important because the display is also a touchscreen display and will support 10-finger touch input thanks to the fact that it will be running on Windows 8.1. Other hardware specifications includes a GPU that users can configure up to a NVIDIA GeForce GT 840A, and Intel 4th-gen processors that go up to Core i7. Lenovo has also paid attention to the sound and has included JBL speakers with Dolby Home Theatre, along with NFC that will allow users to transfer files wirelessly.
According to Lenovo, the A540 is expected to be made available in the beginning of July where customers can expect to get their hands on one starting at $1,279.99, with the prices expected to go up when higher-end hardware has been selected.
