The new PS3 racing game Gran Turismo 6 lets players drive concept cars made expressly by automotive companies and other brands for the game. Honda is one of those companies, but it’s also using a newer form of technology to reach out to its fans. The Japanese automaker recently made 3D models of its concept cars available for download.
As of this writing the Honda 3D Design Archives features five downloadable 3D models, headlined by the 2013 Acura NSX Concept. You can also download the Fuya-Jo, the FSR Concept, the Kiwami and the toaster-like Puyo from the website. Not familiar with any of those cars? Check out this video:

Have you played the game Carmageddon before? If you have answered in the affirmative, how did you find that particular title pan out? It was not too tasteful actually in my opinion, and there are far better games out there to play with. Honda, the Japanese automobile manufacturer, has come up with the first automatic braking system in the world which is capable of ensuring that a fast traveling vehicle of up to 60kph will be able to stop so that it will not end up colliding with a pedestrian. I am quite sure that Honda themselves are not the only ones working on implementing such technology, as other badges are doing it, too.

Pound for pound, there’s no bit of technology that made me happier last year than the brand new Honda Grom motorcycle. Is it cheating that it’s not strictly a gadget? I don’t care. Even if the Grom still breaks fast on old-fashioned dino juice, its diminutive size paired with 50-state street legality changed the way I think about city transit and my personal motive needs.

The world has clearly moved on forward when it comes to lowering the amount of emissions for a greener planet that we can leave for our future generations. Honda too, has its fair share of experience with its hybrid ride, although it is not nearly as famous as that of its bitter rival, the Toyota Prius. Well, this time around, Honda has made its way to the spotlight by working on a normal speed EV charger that is able to garner its energy from the power of the sun, too, which would go some way in promoting the use of electric-powered vehicles.
