Now that all of the dust behind the happenings of Mobile World Congress 2014 has settled, here we are with official word from LG Electronics that their first smartphone in its popular L Series III family, which is the LG L90, will be launched very, very soon. The LG L90 has been specially designed for those who want to achieve a balance between performance, personality and price, so do expect it to roll out in the CIS region later this week.
There are three models in total that will make up the latest L Series III range, where the LG L90 is the highest end model. Boasting of a simple yet stylish aesthetic that has made the L Series famous, this particular smartphone will also feature the latest up-to-date UX features.
The LG L90 will be powered by a quad-core 1.2GHz Qualcomm MSM8226 processor, where it is accompanied by a 4.7-inch qHD IPS display at 960 x 540 resolution alongside a pixel density of 235 ppi, 8GB of internal memory that can be further augmented by an SD memory card slot, 1GB RAM, and a front-facing 1.3MP camera. Depending on the market which the LG L90 will be released in, the rear camera would differ in its capability – it could come in either 8MP or 5MP with autofocus flavors. Thankfully, the LG L90 will arrive with Android 4.4 KitKat as the mobile operating system of choice right out of the box so that you need not clamor for any updates anytime soon, and the 2,540mAh battery ought to keep it chugging along just fine throughout the day.
Not only that, the LG L90 is also the first L Series III device that will come with Knock Code, which so happens to be LG’s latest consumer-centric feature that was specially designed to simplify the powering on and unlocking process, all the while ensuring that smartphone security becomes easier and more convenient than before.
