Surface Pro 2 Users Experiencing Slow WiFi When Bluetooth Is EnabledIt seems that there have been a series of complaints regarding the Microsoft Surface Pro 2 tablet. According to the reports, users are complaining that WiFi speeds on their tablets slow down dramatically whenever Bluetooth is enabled. We can only imagine this is very annoying especially if Bluetooth is a feature that you use quite often.

According to one complaint on the Microsoft official support forum, “I have Bluetooth wireless audio receiver from Logitech which used to work great with my VIAO laptop, but when using it on my new surface the WiFi connection goes really really slow (seems to me it’s not transmitting or receiving anything)!” (more…)

    Just yesterday Microsoft unveiled Windows Phone 8.1. It will be available for all supported devices in summer, though its quite possible that the Windows Phone 8.1 update might be released on April 14th. Before the update is rolled out Microsoft releases it to developers. On April 14th the company is expected to release Windows Phone 8.1 to developers, but the thing is, anyone with a Windows Phone 8 device will be able to install it.

    Yesterday Microsoft made some big announcements. It finally unveiled Windows Phone 8.1, a major update for its mobile platform. The update will bring a much rumored feature. Microsoft’s very own Siri and Google Now rival that it calls Cortana. Windows Phone 8.1 will be released to all existing WP8 devices this summer, globally. Though users in the Asia Pacific region won’t be in luck as far as Cortana is concerned. The update won’t come with the digital assistant in that particular region at first.

    UK Government Pays Millions To Receive Windows XP Support

    It is a big week for Microsoft. Just yesterday it announced the first major update for Windows 8.1. It also unveiled Windows Phone 8.1 which comes with a plethora of new features, including the much rumored digital personal assistant Cortana. Later this week the company will pull the plug on one of its most popular operating system, Windows XP. There are still a lot of users who continue to use the OS, and they won’t receive any software software after April 8th. To ensure that it does, the UK government has paid Microsoft nearly £5.5 million to keep the updates coming for another year.
