Nintendo Christmas Ornaments: Merry Mario!

Halloween isn’t even here yet, and here I am talking about Christmas already. Forget those traditional ornaments like angels, snowmen and Santas. Geek up your tree this year and deck the halls with some Nintendo spirit. These cool ornaments should do the trick.

Those of you who picked up The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD are probably well aware at how limited the battery can be on the Wii U GamePad if you attempt to play the game for several hours at a time. Trio Of Wii U Bundles Arrive At UK In November

Trio Of Wii U Bundles Arrive At UK In NovemberWe did report yesterday that Nintendo UK has decided to do away with the middleman by opening up an online shop in that part of the world. This time around, there are three more Wii U bundles that are set to arrive in the UK, so you might want to mark November 8th on your calendars as that is when the release of a New Super Mario Bros. U/32GB deluxe edition Wii U game console will arrive. Do take note that this particular pack will also come with the Luigi-based expansion. Apart from that, this coming November 15th would see it arrive in an 8GB Wii U bundle that will be accompanied by Wii Party U and NintendoLand.

Apart from that, there is also an 8GB unit that will make its way this coming November 22nd, where it will be accompanied by Just Dance 4 and NintendoLand. Looks like there will be plenty of dancing that is set to go on this November if you decide to pick up some of these bundles in the UK. Would you want to pick up the Nintendo Wii U, or do you prefer to settle for something that is more high powered such as the Sony PS4 or the Xbox One?

New Nintendo Wii U bundles include the Mario & Luigi Premium Pack

    Nintendo UK Opens Online Shop

Nintendo UK Opens Online ShopWhat are some of the more effective ways of reducing the cost of doing business, while increasing your profit margin? Well, one of the major answers would be pretty simple – that is, to cut out the middleman. Nintendo has done just that, by going straight to the consumers. It seems that Nintendo UK intends to roll out a full-fledged online shop which intends to sell a range of games and consoles from its current product lines. It will be different from Nintendo’s US online retail effort, which happens to be a “store” in name only, as this particular UK site does not redirect consumers to other third party retailers, but rather, it will ship to consumers straight from the company’s stock – now how about that?

Of course, there will be more than meets the eye apart from just offering games as well as consoles across the Wii U, Wii, 3DS and DS product range. The UK online shop will also deliver exclusives such as limited edition Nintendo 3DS consoles in addition to pack-in figurines such as this Wind Waker bundle. You will also be able to enjoy free delivery, although there is a caveat attached to that – orders that are more than £200 will qualify for next day, and there is also a 12-month extended warranty for consoles to boot.

Pokemon X and Pokemon Y arrive on Nintendo 3DS October 12

Way back in early January, Nintendo teased 3DS owners with some teaser content for Pokemon X and Pokemon Y, promising that it would arrive for the console later this autumn. Such a time has come around, with the Japanese company updating their announcement with a solid date — this coming Saturday, October 12. The installments […]

Pokémon X And Pokémon Y Gets Worldwide Launch This October 12th

Pokémon X And Pokémon Y Gets Worldwide Launch This October 12thNintendo 3DS owners, listen up! It is time to to “catch ‘em all” once again, where we have received word that both Pokémon X as well as Pokémon Y will be experiencing a worldwide launch later this October 12th, which is just a few more days away. This would definitely go down well with the special edition Pokémon X and Pokémon Y Nintendo 3DS XL systems that we talked about at the end of last month.

These two will be the newest installments in the world-famous series, and will also be made available for the recently released Nintendo 2DS system. In Pokémon X and Pokémon Y, you will have the opportunity to discover additional Pokémon, interact with them on a whole new level, as well as hook up with other Trainers around the world while exploring a totally new region with brand new visuals to go along with the experience. Do you find it interesting that the Pokémon franchise originally debuted over 15 years ago, and yet it has remained one of the strongest franchises in the world of video games? Some things just refuse to die, and we do wonder how Angry Birds will be like 15 years from now. Will you be getting your dose of Pokémon X and Pokémon Y at the end of this week?

The Legend Of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD Took Six Months To Develop

The Legend Of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD Took Six Months To Develop

Nintendo Wii U owners now have the opportunity to pick up the digital and retail version of The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD, allowing gamers both new and old to enjoy one of NIntendo’s finest Zelda games ever created.  We learned a few weeks ago The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD wasn’t the only game Nintendo considered for an HD remake, although considering Nintendo producer Eiji Aonuma has admitted the game took a total of six months to develop, we think more HD remakes would be pretty easy to carry out in the future.
