Sony Unveils New Wireless Audio Products[CES 2014] Sony has announced a new lineup of wireless audio products, including the first wireless speaker to support high-resolution audio. Products in this new lineup include the SRS-X9 high resolution wireless speaker system, SRS-X7 and SRS-X5 wireless speakres adn the CMD-X5CD wireless all-in-one audio system. The company says that each of these products combine rich and powerful sound with a variety of connectivity options in a “Definitive Outline” design. They have been developed in collaboration with Sony Music. They can easily connected to a Bluetooth enabled device, which includes smartphones and tablets. Those who have NFC enabled mobile devices simply need to tap them with the speakers. Select models also feature wireless music streaming through integrated Wi-Fi, which also offers direct access to online radio services like Spotify and TuneIn Radio as well as DLNA and Apple AirPlay. All speakers have built-in USB charging ports and an auxiliary output.

    BRAVIA W950B And W850B Lead Sonys 2014 LED HD TV Lineup[CES 2014] Sony has introduced a new line of BRAVIA LED HD TVs to complement its new 4K UHD models, the W950B and W850B series lead this new lineup. The former is Sony’s 2014 flagship LED TV series with TRILUMINOS display working in unison with the company’s X-Reality Pro engine which analyzes images from any source to reproduce accurate color without upsetting the brightness, hue and saturation. Sony’s One-Flick entertainment feature is also included in the W950B models, allowing users to access content from the internet, digital broadcast, DVR or local files by simply flicking up or down. It remembers viewing preferences and makes recommendations based on viewing history. Screen mirroring via NFC is also supported, all users need to do is simply tap their NFC tablet or smartphone to the One-Flick Remote Control.
