Man, these Star Wars papercraft toys look amazing. And the whole gang is here. Every character that you care about anyway. They were created by Seoul, Korea-based MOMOT who no doubt uses The Force to fold paper.

In fact MOMOT makes all kinds of cool and boxy papercraft toys, which can be found at their international online store. The Star Wars toys are $25(USD) each. Pricey, but these toys are unique. It looks like they only have a few of the characters up right now.

For being made of paper, these toys really have attitude. Go buy some. Display them on your desk and play when you should be working.

Star Wars Hits the Runway at NY Fashion Week

Need some new, high fashion clothes? New York Fashion Week has you covered. Check out these Star Wars outfits seen here modeled by a group of women who don’t look like they’ve eaten a decent meal since 1999. These Star Wars dresses are designed by fashion house Rodarte.

They are floor-length embroidered gowns featuring the printed likenesses of Luke Skywalker, Master Yoda, C-3PO and R2-D2, Tatooine and the Death Star. Personally, I prefer my X-Wing Fighters going down a Death Star trench, not a runway in New York, but more Star Wars clothes are always welcome, I suppose.

Great show, girls. Now go eat a cracker or two. And just because you regurgitate every meal, that doesn’t mean that you get to be the Sarlacc Pit. Modeling is so silly.

Star Wars 30-foot Cross Stitch: The Coruscant Tapestry

Last year we saw a 24-foot long print that depicts the history of Doctor Who, which was inspired by the mysterious Bayeux Tapestry. The talented pop artist Aled Lewis was also inspired by the relic to make an illustrated history, this time of Star Wars. But instead of drawing it he decided to hand-stitch the entire thing.

Aled calls his creation The Coruscant Tapestry. Yes, it’s not actually a tapestry, nor is it from Coruscant, but you can say the exact same thing about the Bayeux Tapestry. The whole thing is 30ft. long and 13in. tall. and relays the first six episodes of Star Wars. Along the borders of the strip Aled inscribed quotes from the movies in Aurebesh, the alphabet that was invented for the Star Wars universe.

The Coruscant Tapestry is currently on display at Gallery1988 in Los Angeles, California, but you can take it home for $20,000 (USD). Check out the gallery’s blog to see larger images of the piece.
